Every item offered by the International Gothic Literature Society is made to order with care. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds except in specific, limited circumstances. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

 All Sales Are Final

• Each item is printed individually at the time of purchase.

• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or shipping delays outside our control.

• Please review all product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before completing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

1. Contact us at gothicliteraturesociety@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

3. Once approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.

This policy reflects the production standards and replacement process of our print-on-demand partners.

Shipping Issues

• We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been handed to the carrier.

• If a package is lost in transit, we will work with you to file the appropriate claim and explore a replacement when applicable.
